Right of unjustified refusal by the customer

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products.

Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

This withdrawal is unwarranted and free of charge and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the item in exactly the condition it was received - unopened and undamaged at the following address - Bulgaria, Sofia 1407, Ag. L. Kostov 3, with all parts, accompanying forms and packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid the amount charged by the company to deliver the item to him and the shipping costs for returning the item.

The declaration of refusal is made in writing or electronically and the COMPANY is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of refusal as soon as it receives it.

The consumer must return the product(s) in accordance with the terms of this paragraph within 14 days of notifying the company of their request for refusal.

After the declaration of refusal, the COMPANY undertakes to return the price received within 14 days of receipt of the products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The refund to the customer will be made to the recipient's debit or credit card or bank account.

After this information, the company is not responsible for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated in the above contract.

In the case of opening the package or putting the products into operation, their value is automatically reduced to 0, as the product is classified as used and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction in value from opening the package and therefore from the characteristics of the product as it is used is considered 100% and the customer shall not receive any refund for it’s withdrawal.
